Lithonia Lighting, a division of Acuity Brands Lighting, Inc., has received reports of CPANL LED fixtures coming loose or falling from the CFMK Bracket, resulting in one injury.
Lithonia Lighting is conducting this voluntary recall to repair in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission and Health Canada. Only the CFMK Surface Mount Brackets sold between August 2018 and June 2020 are included in the recall to repair.
